Ingredients

pounds of Kale leaves: 1 1/2

large Cucumbers (diced): 1-2

Carrots (medium, scrubbed): 2

lemon (medium-sized, peeled)

apple (medium, halved and cored): 1

piece of ginger (an inch, peeled): 1

large ribs celery: 1-2

How To Make Kale Juice

  • Wash all the ingredients, vegetables and fruits, thoroughly to remove any dirt or traces of mud
  • Now, take one produce at a time and push it through the juicer as per the machine’s directions of use.
  • Place 2 to 3 ice cubes in two glasses
  • Pour the freshly prepared juice into these glasses and serve immediately.
