Ingredients

skinless boneless chicken breast halves, pounded to ¼ inch in thickness: 5

black pepper: 1 tbsp

olive oil

minced garlic: 1 tbsp

mayonnaise: 2 tbsp

mustard of your choice: 2 tbsp

fresh rosemary (chopped): 1 tbsp

slices of focaccia bread: 8

How To Make Hot chicken sandwich

  • Heat oil in a large skillet.
  • Stir in garlic in the oil and heat until it turns brown.
  • Season each side of the chicken cutlet with black pepper.
  • Add the chicken to the skillet.
  • Cook the chicken until the juices run clear, about 15 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, stir in the mayonnaise, mustard and rosemary. Mix them until a consistent thick solution is obtained.
  • Spread the mixture on the slices of Focaccia bread.
  • Place one chicken cutlet on each of the slices and then top them with another Focaccia slice.
  • Serve with peas and enjoy!
