- Once you are done cooking the beef patties, deep-fry the French fries in preheated oil
- Lightly toast the bread to give them a light golden color and a crispy touch
- Prepare the sauce by melting the butter in a heavy saucepan, gradually stir in the flour
- Make sure no flour lumps are formed
- Pour down 4 cups of milk while gradually stirring in the mixture
- Stir and cook this mixture until a thick paste is formed
- Transfer the batter into a microwave-friendly bowl and whisk in the evaporated milk until smooth
- Add the cheese and microwave for 6 minutes
- Add Worcestershire and hot pepper sauce and thoroughly beat the mixture, until a thick smooth sauce is formed
- Place the bread pieces in a long tray, put beef patty on top of each bread slice
