halloumi – sliced into 1.5cm slices: 250 g

lettuce leaves

How To Make Green Spicy Goddess Sandwich with Grilled Halloumi

  • Make the avocado spread
    • Blend all the ingredients in a small food processor until smooth.
    • Set aside.
  • Grill the halloumi in a hot griddle pan until it turns golden brown on both sides and is thoroughly heated through.
