You might have already tasted some green chutney in popular restaurants. Now you can make some delicious and spicy green chutney at home and serve with some snacks or kebabs. It is very simple to make this chutney witha few ingredients including cilantro and mint leaves, green chilies, and lime juice. Be sure to use the freshest cilantro and mint.

You can use this green chutney as a spread of sandwich or you can marinate your chicken or vegetables with the chutney to make the dish spicier or you can simply serve it as a condiment. Store the green chutney in their refrigerator. You can store it in a hot case and eat later, and it will still taste as delicious as freshly prepared.

Ingredients

cup packed cilantro leaves, chopped: 1

cup packed mint leaves, chopped: 1/2

Black salt, to taste

green chilies--chopped: 3

Sugar: 1/2 tsp

lemon Juice: 1 tsp

How To Make Green Chutney

  1. Grind cilantro leaves, mint leaves and green chilies with little amount of salt in a grinder. Make a smooth paste with them. You can also add little water to make it smoother.
  2. Add some salt and the sugar. Mix them well for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Addlemon juice and mix well again.
  4. Now your green chutney is ready to serve.
