tsp of kirsch: 2
dry vermouth: 1 part
Ice
Lemon, lime, or grapefruit peel to garnish
How To Make Great Dane
- Mix the brandy, gin, kirsch, and vermouth together over ice. Continue doing this until well frosted.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled long cocktail glass.
- Take a wide swath of your preferred garnish and cut a diamond shaped slit through it, then rest the garnish on the edge of the cocktail glass.
- Your Great Dane is ready to serve.
