Fried Ice Cream: the Epitome of Contrast!

The Chinese have invented many a great thing—printing blocks, flutes, medicine, etc. But a chef cares little about these things as much he or she cares about fried ice cream! Fried ice cream is an outrageously innovative dish and every bit delish—hot and crisp on the outside, cold and fudgy on the inside! It’s amazing how understated, everyday items are tossed into the pan to create a marvel of a dish called fried ice cream! Once in a while, it’s perfectly OK to get decadent over fried food and overload of sugar!
