It calls for fish nuggets but you can use any fish of your choice; the dish is defined by the sauce and spices, not the type of fish.

tsp ginger garlic paste: 1
Pepper powder to taste
salt to taste
tbsp corn powder: 2
tbsp maida: 2
egg: 1
tbsp soy sauce: 1
tbsp chilli garlic sauce: 1
chopped garlic to taste
green chilli to taste
bunch coriander: 1/2
oil
How To Make Fish 65
- Add fish,salt,red pepper powder,ginger-garlic paste,cornflour,maida, and egg to a bow.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add fish piece by piece and fry till they turn a goldencolor.
Note: make sure to keep the pieces separated.
- Add 2 tbsp oil to another pan.
- Add chopped garlic and chillies
- Cook for 2 min.
- Add fried fish and soy sauce.
- Toss it.
- Add chilligarlic sauce mix.
- Cook for 2 min.
- Add coriander mix it well.it is ready.
- Serve and enjoy!
