Fatoosh is a salad made with cucumber, tomato, parsley, onion and fresh mint. A tad bit different from an Indian salad, fatoosh comes as a fresh breath of air! It has a unique taste owing to garlic clove and a host of other seasoning agents added.
With the freshness of cucumber, heat from the herbs and acidity from lemon, this salad has every flavor that a salad ever needs! Perfectly balanced and super light, it makes a great evening snack as well!
