How To Make Egg Salad Sandwich Recipe

  • Boil the eggs and let cool.
  • Sauté onions until translucent.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, add diced eggs, sautéed onion, pepper, paprika, mustard, coriander leaves, and mayonnaise.
  • Toss the mixture to coat eggs and onions with mayonnaise and spices evenly.

Slide some salad between toasted bread slices and enjoy. Egg salad sandwiches make a great breakfast to go with soups or coffee of busy mornings.
