Health Benefits

This dish has lots of built in health benefits that you won’t find in other dishes. It’s most significant benefit is probably it’s high concentration of protein, which makes it different than some other masalas. It has 3 sources of protein, butter, eggs, and cashew nuts. Protein helps boost the body’s energy and is the raw ingredient needed in cell repair and creation. This makes it perfect for athletes, or people recovering from illness. The ginger also acts as an energy booster, and even helps improve the quality of the immune system.
