Ingredients

chilled milk: 1 cup

dates, such as deglet noor (or medjool for a more intense date flavor): 1 cup

vanilla ice-cream: 2 cups

How To Make Date Shake

  1. Pour the milk into a blender and add the dates. Puree until very smooth.
  2. Add ice cream and blend well.
  3. Pour into 2 glasses.
  4. Serve chilled in an insulated cup.
  5. If you are planning on consuming the drink later, make sure you refrigerate or store it in an insulated flask to retain the freshness and temperature.
