red onion – thinly sliced: 1/2

cups water: 1 1/2

cup rice wine vinegar: 1/2

tsp white sugar: 1

tsp seasoning salt: 1/4

How To Make Cucumber Salad

  • Combine red onion and cucumbers in a salad bowl.
  • Stir seasoned salt, sugar, water, and rice wine vinegar in a small bowl.
    • Pour mixture over vegetables.
  • Let chill for 1 hr.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature.
