Ingredients

coconut water: 1 ¼ cup

lime juice: ¼ cup

pineapple juice: 1 cup

raspberries —thoroughly rinsed: 30 small

popsicle mold and wooden sticks

How To Make Coconut Water and Pineapple Popsicles

  • Combine all the ingredients and stir well.
  • Add 2-3 raspberries into each popsicle mold and then pour the liquid blend.
  • Push the raspberries inside. Place a foil over the top of the popsicle mold and also on the mold top.
  • Make a small slit with a sharp knife to insert the wooden stick.
  • Freeze till it becomes solid. To release popsicles, run under hot water till the popsicles slide easily from the mold.
