From the idea of its making to the final preparation, chili chicken makes the whole experience so enjoyable that it becomes really hard to prevent oneself from gobbling the final dish. The best part about chili chicken is the perfect combination of Indo-Chinese mix, making the entire dish look so relishing.

Ingredients

chicken - chopped: 300 g

tbsp vinegar: 2

cup sunflower oil: 1/2

cup corn flour: 1/2

cup spring onions - chopped: 1

tsp salt: 1/2

tsp garlic paste: 1/2

eggs: 2

tbsp green chili - sliced: 2

cup onion - chopped: 2

tbsp soy sauce: 1

water - as required

How To Make Chili Chicken

  • Combine the chicken, eggs, ginger garlic paste, and corn flour and toss them all together.
  • Add water and vinegar— enough to coat all the elements together forming a batter-like consistency. Place the batter in a refrigerator and marinate for about 2 hrs.
  • Add your chicken with some sunflower oil to a pan and cook for some time. Simultaneously you can fry onions in a different pan till they turn pink in color.
  • Combine the fried onions along with some green chilies. Since it's a Chinese recipe, you can add vinegar for uplifting the taste at this moment.
  • Note: You can add more or fewer chilies according to your taste.
  • Sprinkle some salt to taste with a few drops of soy sauce and sauté all the ingredients together. The chicken should be well-coated.
  • Add some fresh sesame and spring onions on the top and serve hot.
