ground chicken: 1/2 kg
egg: 1
parmesan cheese: 1/2 cup
breadcrumbs: 1/2 cup
garlic—minced: 2 cloves
oregano seasoning: 2 tsp
olive oil: 2 tbsp
salt to taste
How To Make Chicken Meatballs
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, whisked egg, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic, oregano seasoning, and salt, and knead well.
- Scoop chicken mixture to make balls, one inch in diameter.
- Heat a non-stick pan over high flame, add oil, and deep fry meatballs till golden brown.
- Place fried meatballs on paper towels to drain out excessive oil.
- Serve hot with a chutney, dip or sauce.
