Carrot Smoothie

Carrot Smoothie

Any vegetable or fruit can be turned to a health drink. Often when you go out, you see colorful banners outside the stores, in the malls or on the streets tempting you to try their ‘health’ drinks. You can’t be sure if they are truly healthy. Instead, you can prepare anything you want at home and within minutes.

Smoothie is prepared using a pureed veggie or a fruit with the combination of milk, yogurt, both or even ice cream. Keep in mind, ice cream is not for people who are watching their weight. Carrot smoothie, when consumed in limited portions, can be part of your regular diet.
