18.25 oz yellow cake mix

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups butterscotch pudding

1 cup butterscotch chips

3 tbsps white sugar

1/2 cup blanched slivered almonds

How To Make Butterscotch Cake

  • Preheat oven to 350 °
  • Grease a jelly roll pan: 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 in.
  • Combine the butterscotch pudding, eggs, and cake mix.
  • Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
    • Sprinkle with the silvered almonds, butterscotch chips, and white sugar.
  • Bake at 350 °F for 20 minutes.
