You can find buffalo sauce anywhere in grocery stores, or you can prepare it in your kitchen.

Health Benefits

Cauliflower is pretty low on calories, and rich in nutrients like fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Folate and Potassium and manganese as well! Cauliflower also contains anti-oxidants which are great at protecting the body from inflammation and free radicals which are responsible for certain kinds of cancers.

Honey possesses several antioxidants, including phenolic compounds like flavonoids. Honey improves heart disease risk factors in people with diabetes as it can raise blood sugar levels — so people with diabetes must watch out for the quantity.
