Brussel Sprouts with Mushrooms

Brussel Sprouts with Mushrooms

Never has a vegan dish tasted as good as  brussel sprouts with mushrooms.

It is a delicious recipe for those who are watching their weight, yet want to have something flavorsome and appetizing for their pallet.

Alternately, they can also be taken on the side with a meat-based dish such as roasted chicken or beef.

Heath benefits

This is a very healthy recipe as it only contains high fiber vegetables that provide you with minerals and vitamins for optimum immune system function. The use of olive oil promotes healthy cholesterol levels and this is a perfect recipe for people following a no carb diet such as keto. Use light or low sodium soy sauce if you don’t want it to be salty or  have a high blood pressure.
