boneless skinless chicken breasts – cut into bit-size pieces: 1 1/2

tsp basil leaves: 1

cup Mozzarella cheese – shredded: 1

How To Make Bruschetta Chicken Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Place tomatoes in a medium bowl.
  3. Add stuffing mix and garlic.
  4. Stir until stuffing mix is moistened.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle with basil and cheese.
  8. Top with the stuffing mixture.
  9. Bake 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
