water: 1/2 cup

How To Make Boysenberry Juice

  • Add water and blackberries in a saucepan and bring to boil at medium heat. Reduce flame and simmer for a few minutes until the blackberries turn soft.
  • Use a fork or potato masher to mash blackberries.
  • Strain blackberries with a wire-mesh in a bowl.
  • Use the back of a spoon to squeeze out the juice
  • Throw away the seeds and pulp.

Serve.
