Bowled Over Burgers

This recipe for bowled over burgers is the best this you will come across on the internet today, I promise you! It is a homemade patty that incorporates seasonings into the ground beef without adding any fillers. This burger recipe really does let the flavor of the meat shine through! There are times when I decide to get fancy with the burgers, and I add one or two condiments to the already awesome burger. Or, I get creative and add chorizo sausage with the ground beef.

Ingredients

ground chuck: 2 lb

seasoned salt: 2 tsp

Garlic powder: 1 tsp

onion powder: 1 tsp

black pepper: 1/2 tsp

How To Make Bowled Over Burgers

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until they are thoroughly combined. Do not overmix the ingredients.
  2. Divide the meat into 6 to 8 equal portions. Form each into a patty that is much thinner in the center. Cracks will appear at the edges though, make sure that you smooth these.
  3. Carefully place the patties on a plate. You can use wax paper, plastic wrap or parchment paper to stack the patties.
  4. You can cook these immediately, or you could just cover them and keep refrigerated until you are ready to start cooking.
  5. When you are ready to cook, heat up the grill or skillet to medium heat. Cook the burgers until there is no pink visible on the inside, turning halfway through cooking.
