Bellini Cocktail

Bellini Cocktail

Let’s talk about an Italian beauty. What am I on about, you ask? If you’ve heard about or tasted the Bellini, you will understand. If you haven’t, there is still time for you to find out what you have been missing out on. The Bellini is a widely known sparkling wine cocktail. Like many other cocktails, the recipe is quite easy, and it does liven up a gathering. Traditionally, sparkling Italian wine, particularly Prosecco, is used in the Bellini. This has not changed in Italy, but elsewhere, Champagne or any sparkling wine is often used. Note that Prosecco costs less than Champagne, so you should probably go for it.
