grams all-purpose flour: 150
tsp baking powder: 1
tsp salt: 1/4
grams porridge oats: 300
grams chopped chocolate: 150
How To Make Beetroot Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line a cookie sheet with baking parchment paper.
- Puree the cooked beetroot and set it aside.
- Beat the butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla extract and beetroot and beat it well.
- Mix the flour, baking powder and salt together in a bowl.
- Add this dry mixture to the wet one. Mix in oats and chocolate.
- Drop the batter onto the prepared panand flatten it slightly.
- Bake for 12 minutes till it turns light brown in color.
- Cool completely on a wire rack.
