Ingredients

200 g baby corn cobs

1/4 cup oil

1 tsp cumin seed

1 bay leaf

1 tsp ginger – finely chopped

1 tsp garlic – finely chopped

1/2 cup onions – grated

1 cup tomato– chopped finely

2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp red pepper – powdered

1 tsp coriander seed – powdered

How To Make Baby Corn Masala

  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin.
  • Add the bay leaf, garlic, and ginger, when the oil starts to splutter.
    • Sauté till it turns a light brown.
  • Add onions and sauté till they turn a nice golden brown.
  • Add tomatoes and stir fry at a medium temperature.
  • Stir in the salt, garam masala, and red pepper once the fat begins to separate.
  • Add the baby corn and sautéuntil the fat separates.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Baby Corn Masala taste great when they are served hot. Pack them in insulated food containers or in your kids lunch box so you can eat it warm after a few hours.
