9 baby corns

¼ cup maida

¼ cup corn flour

¼ tsp turmeric

1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder

½ tsp garam masala

¼ tsp pepper – crushed

a few curry leaves – crushed

½ tsp ginger garlic paste

¼ tsp salt

2 tsp oil

½ cup water

oil for deep frying

How To Make Baby Corn Fry Recipe

  • Boil 9 baby corn for 2 mins or till they turn slightly soft.
  • Combine the oil corn flour, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, pepper, ginger-garlic paste, curry leaves, salt, and maida.
  • Mix well with a ½ cup water to form a smooth paste.
  • Coat the boiled baby corn on all sides in the maida paste.
  • Deep fry in hot oil
    • Stir occasionally till the baby corn turns golden and crisp.
