Ingredients

wheat flour: 1 cup

Ghee: 1/3 cup

sugar--powdered: 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp

chopped almonds (optional): ¼ cup

chopped raisins (optional): 1 tbsp

How To Make Atta Ladoo

  1. In a small kadai, add ghee and roast almonds and raisins. Set aside to cool.
  2. In a think-bottomed pan over low heat, dry roast wheat flour until you get a nutty aroma.
  3. Add ghee and continue stirring for 3 – 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Incorporate sugar, cardamom powder, and roasted almonds and raisins. Ensure that the sugar melts in the heat and is mixed evenly.
  5. When the mixture is warm enough to touch, take about 2 tbsp of the mixture in your palm and roll into a ladoo/ball.
  6. Store ladoos in an air-tight container.
