3 lb chicken- sliced

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 onions- chopped

4 garlic- chopped

2 tbsp curry powder

1 tsp pepper- black and grinded

salt to taste

4 potato- peeled and cut

How To Make Arabian Chicken Curry and Potatoes

  • Add the meat to a saucepan, cover with water, boil for 25 minutes or until the meat become tender.
  • Heat oil in a skillet, stir in the onion, garlic, curry powder, black pepper, salt and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer onion mixture into chicken mixture and stir in the potatoes.
  • Cook for 15 minutes for the potato to be soft, remove from heat and enjoy.
