100 g amla

100 g coriander leaves – chopped coarsely

4-5 green chilies

1 tsp salt

½ tsp red cumin seeds (jeera)

1 pinch asafetida (hing)

½ tsp black salt

3-4 tbsp water

How To Make Amla Chutney

HOW TO MAKE AMLA CHUTNEY

  • Deseed the amla, carefully chopping down the pulp.
  • Add the amla chucks and coriander leaves in a mixing jar.
  • Add green chilies, salt, cumin seeds, asafetida, black salt, and water
  • Blend to a thin paste.
  • Store this spicy-zingy chutney in an insulated jar.
