crumbled American blue cheese: 1 cup
mayonnaise: 1/4 cup
Dijon mustard: 2 tsp
Ground Beef: 1 1/2 pounds

freshly thin slices tomatoes: 2
freshly thin slices red onions: 2
basil leaves: 20
sour cream: 3 tbsp
buttermilk: 3 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce: 1 tsp
minced garlic clove: 1 tsp
freshly squeezed lemon juice: 1 tsp
ketchup: 1 tsp
Kosher salt: 3/4 tbsp
ground black pepper: 1/2 tsp
Red chili Powder: 1/4 tsp
How To Make American Blue Cheese Burger with Tasty Sauce
- In a medium bowl, stir in the sour cream, buttermilk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic cloves, lemon juice, ketchup, kosher salt, ground black pepper, mustard powder. Mix until well combined.
- Place it in a refrigerator to cool, for 30 minutes.
- Combine the cheese, mayonnaise, and mustard in a small bowl. Add in the salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.
- Now shape the beef into round shapes to fit in the hamburgers properly. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook the beef patties until it is properly cooked, for about 3 ½ minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Transfer the patties to a plate, and set aside.
- Now cut the buns in halves, and place them on the heated skillet. Toast them until golden brown, for about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Place the toasted buns on a plate. Top it with the slices of tomatoes, beef, onions, blue cheese mixture, basil leaves.
- Serve the blue cheese burger with the prepared sauce and enjoy!
