Skin Trouble? Here’s a Diet to Achieve Glowing Skin

Your skin is the body’s largest organ, and as a result, it can require upkeep and maintenance to keep it healthy. Many things can harm your skin, including, sun exposure, pollution, stress, hormones, and especially a bad diet. Eating the wrong foods can leave your skin dull, tarnished, full of acne and pigmentation. People spend lots of money on products to fix their skin problems in the form of makeup products and skin cleansers. But you can actually keep your skin looking healthy and glowingly beautiful by maintaining a skin friendly diet.

At its core, a good skin diet requires you to regularly consume a combination of healthy fats, veggies, and fruits. The diet avoids foods that are processed, spicy, high in sodium, high in sugar, oily, satiated with estrogen, overcooked, or raise your internal body temperature.
