Keeping Skin Rash-Free

Here are some ways to keep your skin rash free and smooth all day long!

  • Baking soda is very effective for treating itchiness due to skin rashes. Add one cup of baking soda in a tub of cool water and soak for approximately half an hour.
  • Oatmeal bath: Oatmeal has anti-inflammatory and moisturizing properties. It will provide relief from the symptoms of eczema. Add oatmeal powder to lukewarm water and soak for 30 minutes.
  • Apply fresh Aloe Vera gel on the affected area and allow it to dry for approximately 20 minutes. Aloe Vera contains anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties. It will provide relief from itching and redness.
  • Coriander is also very effective in treating itchy skin and rashes. Make a paste of coriander leaves and apply on the affected area for approximately half an hour. Wash with clean water. You can also drink coriander juice.
