5 Natural Facial Hair Removal Remedies

Unwanted facial hair is the little secret most women do not want to talk about. Unfortunately, when it’s on your face it could be hard to pretend it doesn’t exist. The good news is that you can remove this hair quite easily using some home remedies. If you use them regularly you can even prevent the hair from growing and reduce the amount of time you need to shave or wax which can harm your sensitive facial skin.

Egg White Mask

Ingredients

Egg whites
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp sugar

Procedure

  1. Mix the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Beat them together until the mixture is very smooth.
  3. Apply the mixture to your face let it sit until it dries and hardens.
  4. Peel it off quickly
  5. Rinse your face with cold water.

Sugar and Lemon Face Mask

Ingredients


2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp lime juice – fresh
10 tsp water

Procedure

  1. Mix the ingredients together in a pan to form a paste.
  2. Heat the mixture over low heat then set aside to cool.
  3. Apply the paste to the areas with hair.
  4. Let sit for about 15020 minutes.
  5. Rinse the paste off with cold water.
  6. Repeat 3-4 times a week for best results.

Lemon and Honey

Ingredients


2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp organic honey
2 tsp lemon juice

Procedure

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat at a low temperature until they form into a paste.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. Apply the paste to areas with hair.
  4. Pull the hair out using a waxing strip.

Potato and Lentil

Ingredients


1 cup yellow lentils – soaked overnight
1 potato
1 tsp honey
2 tsp lime juice

Procedure

  1. Mash the potato in a bowl and extract its juice.
  2. Drain the lentils and grind them into a smooth paste.
  3. Combine the lentils, potato juice, honey, and lemon into a paste.
  4. Apply this mixture to the unwanted hair.
  5. Let it sit until the mask dries.
  6. Remove the dried out paste by rubbing it with your fingers.
  7. Rinse your face with cold water.

Papaya and Turmeric

Ingredients


1 raw papaya – peeled and chopped into small pieces
1 tbsp turmeric powder

Procedure

  1. Grind the papaya into a fine paste.
  2. Combine the papaya paste and turmeric powder in a bowl.
  3. Massage the paste into the areas of your face with unwanted hair growth.
  4. Let it sit for 20 minutes
  5. Rinse off with cold water.
  6. Repeat twice a week.
