Ingredients

2 cups cold heavy whipping cream

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

3 tbsp powdered sugar

1 cup fresh strawberry sauce

a handful of strawberries — chopped (for garnishing)

How To Make Strawberry Mousse

  • Beat the cream in a large bowl which is fitted to an electric hand mixer for 5 minutes. Add vanilla and sugar. Mix well. Introduce strawberry sauce.
  • Transfer the mousse with a spoon into small bowls filling only half of the bowls. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Garnish with chopped strawberries if desired.
