tbsp raspberry jam: 2 1/2

tbsp raspberry vinegar: 2

cup vegetable oil: 1/3

cup walnuts — chopped: 1/2

cups spinach — thoroughly rinsed and torn: 8

strawberries — quartered: 8

kiwis — peeled and cut into slices: 2

How To Make Strawberry, Kiwi, and Spinach Salad

  • Combine the raspberry jam, raspberry vinegar, and vegetable oil in a bowl to make the dressing.
  • Add nuts, spinach, kiwi, and strawberries to a bowl. Pour the dressing over and toss well.
