1 tsp sesame oil

1 green onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp Chinese rice wine

How To Make Stir-Fry Pork with Ginger

  • Heat oil in a wok or a large skillet.
  • Set the temperature of your stove to medium heat.
  • When the oil is hot, add ginger to it and fry until it is fragrant.
  • Add pork to the wok or skillet.
  • Add salt, dark soy sauce, sugar, and soy sauce.
  • Cook the pork for 10 minutes.
  • Keep stirring occasionally.
  • Add rice wine, green onions, and sesame oil.
