tomatoes—deseeded and chopped: 3

finely chopped onion: 1

Capsicums: 1

sprigs coriander: 3

clove garlic—minced: 1

cumin powder

oregano seasoning

paprika powder

oil: ½ tbsp

How To Make Salsa Dip to Tango with Nachos

  1. Grill capsicum over a low flame until mildly charred, remove charred skin and seeds and chop finely.
  2. Grill onion over a low flame, peel charred skin, and chop finely.
  3. Heat a pan over medium flame, add oil, and sauté onions and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add chopped capsicum and sauté for 2 minutes.
  5. Add chopped tomato and sauté until mildly soft.
  6. Finish with cumin powder, paprika powder, and oregano seasoning
