Ingredients

pieces mutton (with bones): 8-10

peppercorns (crushed): 8-10

Onion: 1

tomatoes: 1

garlic cloves: 5

ginger: 1/2

Turmeric powder: 1/2

tsp salt: 2

tsp cumin seeds: 1

Coriander leaves (optional)

How To Make Mutton Pepper Soup

  • Wash the mutton pieces and chop them well. Put them in a pressure cooker.
  • Add about half of the crushed pepper to the mutton.
  • Chop the onion tomato, garlic, and ginger add to the mutton.
  • Add turmeric powder, salt, cumin seeds to the mixture.
  • Add water to the mixture and let cook for about 15 mins
  • Add the remaining crushed pepper to the mixture.
  • Cover and pressure cook up to one whistle.
  • Once the pressure releases, remove the lid, garnish with coriander and enjoy!
