Ingredients

4 slices brown bread

1 cup mushrooms chopped

1 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves, crushed

2 green chilies, finely chopped

½ onion finely diced

¼ tsp masala powder

salt

3 tbsp cheese, grated

How To Make Mushroom Sandwich Recipe

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, green chili, onion. Sauté until it turns golden brown.
  • Add mushroom and salt. Sauté until they are cooked. Add masala powder.
  • Spread the cooked mushroom on to the bread and spread cheese over it.
  • Place another slice of bread. Toast until it turns crispy.
