Ginger Dressing

Ginger Dressing

If you have ever traveled to the United States, you have probably had ginger sauce, which is more commonly known as sesame dressing. It is an American made salad dressing that is inspired by East Asian cuisine and made with common East Asian ingredients. You can most often find it served at Japanese or Chinse-American restaurants. Your typical ginger dressings are made with minced garlic, seasoned rice vinegar, ginger, peppers, soy sauce, and honey, amongst various other ingredients.
