Fruit Chaat

It’s summer-time here in India and who don’t like fruits? Seasonal fruits are always good to eat. They aid in digestion, and provide us with lots of vitamin, minerals and fiber. In the summer, fruit chaat is a very healthy option when we want to have something soothing and cooling.

Ingredients

bananas: 2

apple: 1

pomegranate seeds: 1 cup

mango: 1

grapes: 1 cup

strawberries: 1 cup

chaat masala, as needed

Lemon juice as needed

How To Make Fruit Chaat

  1. Cut all the fruits and place in a bowl. (You can add more seasonal fruits which are rich in vitamin C if you want.)
  2. Sprinkle with chaat masala and lemon juice.

Mix and serve chilled.
