Ingredients

drumsticks: 10

tbsp butter: 5

tsp paprika: 1

tsp salt: 1/2

tsp onion powder: 1/2

tsp garlic powder: 1/2

tsp dried oregano: 1/2

tsp dried basil: 1/2

tsp dried thyme: 1/4

tsp black pepper: 1/4

tsp white pepper: 1/4

tsp cayenne pepper: 1/4

How To Make Chicken Drumstick

  1. In a small bowl, stir together all the spices for theCajun seasoning.
  2. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°
  4. Lightly grease a jelly roll pan with nonstick spray.
  5. Line up drumsticks on the prepared tray.
  6. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning on both sides.
  7. Leave the side with the most meat and skin facing up.
  8. Dab about ½ tbsp of butter on top of each drumstick.
  9. Note: Apply the butter to the meatiest part of the chicken. The butter will melt all over the meat and skin, keeping the meat juicy, and making the skin crispy.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes in the oven.
