boneless chicken breast (halves): 4

condensed cream of chicken soup: 1 can

sour cream: 1 cup

round crackers: 35

Melted butter: 1/4 cup

chopped onion: 1/4 cup

chopped mushroom: 1/4 cup

red pepper--chopped: 1/4 cup

milk: 1 can

How To Make Chicken Casserole

  1. Preheat your over to 350 °F
  2. Boil boneless chicken for about 20-20 minutes or until the inside of the meat is no longer pink.
  3. Chop cooked chicken into easily digestible pieces and transfer to a baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, combine condensed cream of chicken soup, milk, chopped onions, red peppers, and mushrooms.
  5. Pour the soup, milk, and vegetables mixture over cooked chicken bits and mix once again.
  6. Pour melted butter over the mixture and top with crumbled crackers.
  7. Cover the baking sheet and place in the pre-heated over and bake for 30 minutes or until golden-brown.
