Ingredients

oz packet of honey mustard salad dressing mix: 1.75

cup cider vinegar: 1/4

cup vegetable oil: 1/2

tbsp orange juice: 2

lb boneless chicken breast halves - skinless: 1

cups mixed salad greens: 8

cup fresh strawberries – sliced: 1

cup fresh blueberries: 1/2

cup fresh raspberries: 1/2

oz sugar snap peas: 8

cup toasted pecans : 1/2

How To Make Chicken Berry Salad

  • Prepare the dressing as per package instructions.
    • Use vinegar and oil.
    • Substitute orange juice for the water.
  • Preheat the grill for high heat.
  • Lightly oil the grill grate.
  • Grill the chicken 6-8 mins on each side or until the juices run clear.
  • Remove the chicken from the heat, let it cool, then slice into strips.
  • Toss together the chicken, salad greens, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peas, and pecans in a bowl.
