Ingredients

extra virgin olive oil: 2 tbsp

chicken breasts: 2

Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

whole milk: 1½ cups

Chicken stock: 1½ cups

garlic—minced: 2 cloves

fettuccini pasta—cooked: 225 gm

heavy cream: 1/2 cup

oregano seasoning

grated parmesan: 1 cup

Freshly chopped parsley for garnishing

How To Make Chicken Alfredo Recipe

  • In a skillet, heat oil over medium flame.
  • Add chicken, season with pepper and salt, and let cook for 8 minutes on each side. The chicken turns from pink to golden.
  • Transfer fried chicken to a plate and slice the chicken.
  • In the same pan, add milk, chicken stock, garlic, salt and pepper and let simmer.
  • Add cream and parmesan, stir till the alfredo sauce till it thickens, and season with oregano.
  • Add fried chicken and pasta and mix well.
  • Garnish with parsley and your chicken alfredo is done!
