Cheese Sandwich

Cheese Sandwich

When combined together, bread, butter, and cheese make one of the most delicious snacks ever i.e. a cheese sandwich.

The secret to incredible grilled cheese sandwiches isn’t in the ingredients you use. It’s all in the technique.

Accomplishing a delicious, dry-outside and sloppy-inside cheese sandwich takes a little patience and more attention.

Here’s how you can make a grilled cheese sandwich. The recipe is simple and quick and yields 2 servings.

Health Benefits

Let’s be realistic: a dish produced using bread, cheese, and butter is never going to be a low-calorie. What’s worse is how you aren’t getting nutritional value from those calories.

Cheese and butter/margarine are both concentrated wellsprings of saturated fat, the kind known to raise your LDL (or “bad”) cholesterol levels. A grilled cheese sandwich, however, isn’t totally unhealthy, and eating one will give you some quality protein and calcium. Cheese is a somewhat decent wellspring of protein, and two cuts of whole-wheat bread can include another 8 grams.

Use whole-wheat bread and stuff your sandwich with vegetables instead of high-cal fillings, for example, bacon. This is how you can make a healthy cheese sandwich!
