oz mozzarella cheese – cubed: 10

tbsp extra virgin olive oil: 2

tbsp fresh basil leaves – chopped: 2

pinch salt: 1

pinch ground black pepper: 1

toothpicks: 20

How To Make Caprese Appetizer

  1. Toss tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, olive oil, basil, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
  2. Skewer one tomato and one piece of mozzarella cheese on each toothpick.
