Ingredients

1 cup olive oil

1 lb beef- sliced

1 onion- chopped

4 garlic- minced and chopped

10 oz tomato paste

10 oz okra- thawed and frozen

2 tbsp water

1 tbsp coriander- grinded

1 tsp pepper- grinded

salt to taste

How To Make Bamia

  • Pour and heat oil in a saucepan, add salt, meat, onion, garlic, and stir continuously for 5 minutes. Remove meat from saucepan and keep it aside.
  • Stir in tomato paste, okra, water, coriander, pepper, cumin, and season it with salt.
  • Add the beef to Bamia, blend flavor, remove from heat and enjoy.
