Ingredients

avocado : 1

mango, diced to medium cubes: 1

red onion, cubed: 1

½ or 1 habanero chili, chopped: 1/2

cup of very fresh cilantro leaves, chopped: 1/4

tbsp lime juice : 2

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil : 1

tsp salt: 1/2

How To Make Avocado Mango Salsa

  • Slice the avocado in two and scoop out the pit.Peel the avocado and slice into mini cubes
  • To a bowl, add the avocado, mango, onions, cilantro leaves and the habanero chilies.
  • Pour the lime juice and keep tossing.
  • Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil.
  • Season with salt and mix the ingredients thoroughly.
